Oil spill in Mumbai.

In 6Th August 2010 in a Arabian sea two huge sheep was accident near mumbai port this sheep are M.C.Chitra and khalijia both are the cargo sheep are accident each other in the Arabian sea. the m.c.chitra's cargo are include such a dangers container such as thousand tonnes of oil product such as diesel etc,and some harmfully chemical which are danger in human and also a sea nature.
In this sheep there are at least 800 container some are totally damage in the sea and other are on the sheep approximately 250 container are damage and oil are fill off the Indian Navy and coast guard were trying to cover the oil,some forgin company ware also helping them to solve this problem and should avoid the any other hazard to the other sheep during this problem.
the government give advice of the fisherman to should not going in sea it may dangers for these people.the new sheep which are the beach in some area in the Arabian sea.In this accident may be dangers of the fishes and other the natural resource in the Arabian sea. Some fishes ware dead in this problem.
In the Indian law this kind of the accident the owner of the sheep can not give the refunded, this is Indian Law! I am not against the law but in the past march month oil spill in bay of the Mexican. The U.S. government gave punished him to gave refunded amount in the British oil company to payed a millions of the money.In this case the British company payed the all punishment in the government.
So this can happen in India?.
